Step 1: Finish your manicure so that you have a clean and neat base before starting the gel application.

Step 2: Apply a thin layer of base coat and cure it completely under the lamp.

Step 3: Apply a thin layer of base color on the nail and cure it fully under the lamp.

Tip - To achieve optimal coverage and color intensity from the pigment, it’s best to work on a white or black base. Applying chrome over a light or dark color can affect how the chrome appears on the nail. Always test how the chrome pairs with the base color you want to use.

Step 4: Apply a layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat on the nail and cure it for half of the recommended time – 30 seconds.

Step 5: Rub the chrome onto the nail using the supplied Chrome applicator, a glitter brush, or an eyeshadow applicator. Remove any excess powder with a clean brush.

Step 6: After rubbing in the chrome, place the hand in the lamp again to fully cure the gel polish. Afterwards, use a clean brush over the nail to ensure no loose powder remains.

Step 7: It's essential to seal the nail with two layers of topcoat to preserve the color and prevent chipping. Apply a topcoat layer on the nail, cure fully, and repeat once more.

Pro tip - When using Extreme Shine for chrome designs, it’s best to work on 2 nails at a time to ensure the chrome adheres well to the Extreme Shine Top Coat.

There are two techniques for applying Flashing Pigments:
- Sugaring Technique
- Encapsulation

Sugaring Technique

Step 1: After applying your desired gel polish or BIAB™ color, apply a layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat. Do not cure this layer.

Tip - For better coverage, use a color similar to the pigment color.

Step 2: Choose your desired Flashing Pigment, and use the *ProPrep tool* (or a similar tool) to sprinkle the pigment over the uncured top coat.

Step 3: Once the nail is covered with the pigment, cure under an LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.

Step 4: Gently remove any excess pigment using the TGB Dusting Brush.

Step 5: Finish by applying Cuticle Essence. Gently massage the oil upwards to prevent it from getting onto the nail.

Encapsulation

Step 1: After applying your desired gel polish or BIAB™ color, apply a layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat. Do not cure this layer.
Tip: For better coverage, use a color similar to the pigment color.

Step 2: Choose your desired Flashing Pigment, and use the ProPrep tool (or a similar tool) to sprinkle the pigment over the uncured top coat. Use a glitter tray to catch any excess glitter.

Step 3: Once the nail is covered with the pigment, cure under an LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.

Step 4: Gently remove any excess pigment using the TGB Dusting Brush.

Step 5: Cover the glitter with a layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat, and cure for 60 seconds in an LED/UV lamp.

Tip - For a coarser glitter or a smoother finish, you can also use All In One BIAB™ Clear as an alternative to the Extreme Shine Top Coat.

Step 6: Finish by applying Cuticle Essence. Gently massage the oil upwards to prevent it from getting onto the nail.

Step 1: Apply your desired gel polish color and cure this layer for 60 seconds.

Step 2: Press the flakes into the sticky layer in the desired area.

Step 3: Once the nail is covered with flakes, apply a layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat and cure under an LED/UV lamp for 60 seconds.

TIP - Apply a second layer of Extreme Shine Top Coat for better adhesion.

Step 4: Finish your treatment by applying Cuticle Essence Gently massage the oil upwards to prevent it from getting onto the nail.
