Yes, it is possible to place orders without a Chamber of Commerce registration.
But as we offer nail care, nail art and related products we do not recommend experimenting with professional products without training. You can cause damage to your own or other people's nails or health.

Ordering
No, we do not offer orders by phone or e-mail, but you can easily and conveniently order via the website or visit our store.
Yes, it is possible to buy the products in our store.
If you need advice or have specific questions about he use of products, make a personal shopping appointment. Someone will be at the ready especially for you.
You can only change an order if you have not yet received your shipping confirmation.

When it concerns a change of address, you can always try to change the delivery to a PostNL location. Please refer to the ' Delivery or Collection ' page for more information.

If your order has not yet been processed for shipment, we will cancel the order and refund the money using the same payment method you used to pay us.
First things first: check your spam folder. Sometimes the confirmation ends up there.
It can happen that an e-mail address is miss-typed. You can always send us a message, we will check it for you and resend you the confirmation.
Sometimes it happens that the last one of a product is sold in the store while placing your order.
If a product is no longer in stock, but you have already paid for it, we will make sure to redeliver this product as soon as it is back in stock.
Is something temporarily out of stock? Then it may be that this is restocked within a few days. We will always contact you about the status of your order.

Payment
You can pay on the website with iDeal (NL), PayPal, Apple Pay, Credit card and The Blooom Gift Cards.
In addition, it is also possible to pick up your orders and pay cash in the store.
No, it is not yet possible to pay with a postdelivery-pay provider at The BLOOOM.
You can place your order with a credit card. The amount will then be reserved on your credit card. The actual debit takes place after delivery.

Of course! You can enter your discount code or gift card code in the check-out in the field 'Gift card or discount code'.
Yes, that's correct! To avoid confusion, we now display prices both excluding and including Dutch VAT on the product pages.
However, the webshop calculates your cart total excluding VAT. When you proceed to checkout, 21% VAT will be added to the final amount.
Delivery
We use DHL parcel service.
We also have the option to pick it up at the store (by appointment).

For orders within the Netherlands, shipping costs are as follows:
- €6.20 for orders under €75 (excluding VAT)
- Free for orders of €75 or more (excluding VAT)
For orders within Belgium, shipping costs are:
- €9.50 for orders under €100 (excluding VAT)
- Free for orders of €100 or more (excluding VAT)

We use PostNL for all shipments within the Netherlands and Belgium. All packages are sent with a Track & Trace code. This way you can always keep track of your package.
Questions about shipping to other countries? Then please contact us.
When your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an e-mail containing a Track & Trace code so that you can track your package.
If you order on working days before 2 p.m., your order will be delivered on the next working day.
If you order after 2:00 PM on a weekend or Friday, your order will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.
The post service sometimes experience busy periods, this might influence and delay your order.

We deliver most products worldwide!
Some brands do have a geographic restriction. Brands such as The GelBottle do not allow to deliver products in certain counties, as they already have a point of sale in these specific countries.
We will then have to cancel the products or order.

Exchange and return
Yes, that's possible. Please contact us at info@theblooom.nl stating your order number.
You bear the costs for returning the product or products that you want to exchange yourself. You can also exchange the products in the store.
Please note: Products can only be exchanged unused, clean and in the original packaging within 2 weeks of delivery.
Sometimes it happens that you click on the wrong product or perhaps a product is disappointing upon receipt and you would like to exchange or return it. Please contact us to discuss this and to create a return request.
The term for a return request is set at a maximum of 14 days after the delivery date of the product.
You bear the costs for returning the product or products you want to return yourself. You can also return the products in the store.
In the event of a return, please note you need to contact us in advance to ensure the acceptance of your package.
Make sure to pack the item as to not scratch or break it during transport. NEVER put tape on a presentation box or product..! Frank the return box at the shipping office.
Please first request a return by emailing orders@theblooom.nl. After that, you will receive the return instructions by email. As soon as we receive your return shipment, it will be processed as quickly as possible (within 5 working days at the latest).
We will then refund the amount owed for the order within 10 to 14 working days after processing your return. The refund will be made via the same payment method you used to pay for the order.
Note: If you have purchased a kit or a Starter Pack, you must return it in full.
The shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item are your responsibility.
If there is something wrong with your order delivery, please contact us. If we made a mistake, we will cover the shipping costs!
For exchanges within the warranty period, we will also send the new products to you free of charge.

You can search for treatments on our webshop. Under "Single color treatments" you will find exactly the products you need to perform Gel polish treatments.
We always recommend staying within the same brand when purchasing products. Often, lamps are perfectly tailored to the other products within the same brand, ensuring consistent quality.
If you prefer using your own lamp, please make sure to check the wattage. For LED UV lamps, the recommended wattage is 45 watts with a wavelength of 365 + 405 nanometers. Also, ensure that the lamp has a low heat mode for BIAB to prevent heat spikes.
