Shipping
We diligently strive to deliver your order as promptly as possible. Orders placed on weekdays before 2:00 PM are typically shipped the same day.

However, we can't always guarantee this timing. Sometimes, products may not be in stock, which can delay the processing and/or delivery of your order. Additionally, high volumes at postal and parcel processing centers may also lead to delays.

Deliveries are conducted via DHL's parcel service. Generally, subject to transport and stock availability, domestic deliveries (NL) should arrive on the next business day (including Saturday) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery.

Pre-order
Pre-order products have different delivery times. Delivery timeframes are always indicative. If you have questions about your pre-ordered items, please contact us!

Changing your delivery address
Per our terms and conditions, the address provided at the time of order placement is considered the delivery location. However, we always try to do everything to get your products delivered to the right location. If you need to change the delivery address or if you've accidentally provided the wrong address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to amend your order if possible.

Prices listed do not include shipping costs.

The shipping costs are:

Domestic orders within The Netherlands

• €7.20 for orders under €75, excluding VAT
• Free for orders over €75, excluding VAT

Belgium Shipping costs are:

• €9.73 for orders under €100, excluding VAT
• Free for orders over €100, excluding VAT

International
We also deliver internationally as DHL offers worldwide shipping. Email us at info@theblooom.nl or contact us via our contact form, and we will inform you of the current shipping costs as soon as possible.

Pick up in store
We offer the option to collect your products from the store within opening hours. Make a personal appointment and we will arrange for someone to be there for you.
