Delivery or Pick up

Shipping
We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on working daysbefore 3:00 pm, we try to ship the same day.

 However, we are not always able to meet this requirement. For example, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order can take a little longer.

Delivery takes place via PostNL's postman or parcel deliverer. In general - subject to transport and stock - delivery will take place the next working day(incl. Saturday) between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.

Pre-order
Pre-order products have a different delivery time. Delivery time is always an indication. Do you have questions about your pre-ordered items? Please contact us!

Delivery options

We have two options for sending domestic and international shipments:
- PostNL Parcel Post
Have parcel delivered to PostNL location

PostNL Parcel Post
PostNL parcel post is delivered from Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays) in both the Netherlands and Belgium. PostNL is a reliable partner for parcel delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium. When shipping as a parcel post, you will receive a Track & Trace number by email as soon as your package has been processed in the PostNL sorting center.

To track your package you can click on the link in the shipping confirmation, which you will receive by email.

Have your package delivered to PostNL location
The advantage of sending this way is that you don't have to be at home, but also after your working hours you can pick up your package at one of the PostNL collection locations.

Change to PostNL Location
You have the option to have a package that is already on its way still deliver to a PostNL location. This is possible from the moment PostNL has received the package from us and until you see the status 'Sorted'.

Then change your delivery as follows:
1 ) Find your package in Track & Trace
Go to Track & Trace (also available in the PostNL app) and enter the Track & Trace code and your zip code. You will receive the Track & Trace code in  an e-mail containing a direct link. Click on 'change delivery'

2) Choose the desired PostNL location

Would you like to receive notifications as soon as the status of your package changes? This can be done in the PostNL app via 'Account' - 'Notifications'. as the place of delivery. But of course we want to do everything we can to deliver your products to the right place.
Do you want to change the address or did you accidentally enter the wrong delivery address? Please contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.

You can always try to change the delivery to a PostNL location.

Shipping costs
Netherlands
The prices quoted are always exclusive of shipping costs.

The shipping costs are:
- € 6.75 for orders under € 75.00 excluding VAT
- Free for orders from € 75.00 excluding VAT VAT

Abroad
We also deliver abroad. PostNL delivers parcels all over the world. Mail us to info@theblooom.nl or contact us via our contact form and we will let you know the current shipping costs as soon as possible.

Pick up in store
We offer the option to collect your products from the store within opening hours. Make a personal appointment and we will arrange for someone to be there for you.
