You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

​You have after cancellation an additional 14 days to return your product(s). You will then be credited with the full order amount excluding shipping costs.

Only the costs for the return shipment from your address to our webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 7.25 per package, for the exact rates consult the website of locally available carriers.

Right of withdrawal​
If you use your right of withdrawal, the product or products will be returned to The BLOOOM with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging.

To exercise this right, please contact us at info@theblooom.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

For all products, we recommend returning the product with the increased liability option and signature for delivery.

Keep your proof of shipment with the track & trace code in a safe place. You will need this if your package is lost or has transport damage during the return shipment. The BLOOOM is not liable for damage or loss of returned items.

Exchange product?
Do you want to exchange your product? No problem. Please contact us at info@theblooom.nl. You do bear the costs for returning the product yourself.

Wrong delivery address
Accidentally provided the wrong delivery address? Then contact us as soon as possible. We will then try to change the order for you.
