The gift voucher cannot be exchanged for money.

The Gift Card can be used in our webshop, store, Beauty bar or BLOOOM ACADEMY.

We are pleased to announce that it will soon be possible to purchase physical gift cards from us. Currently this service is only available online, but we are working to make it available in our store.

There are several reasons why a gift card may not work:

  • There is no positive balance on the gift card. You can check the balance of the gift card to ensure there is sufficient credit on it.
  • The gift card may not have been upgraded or activated, so it cannot be used.

If you are still having trouble using your gift card or have any other issue, please do not hesitate to contact us. Our team is ready to help you resolve the problem and activate your gift card as quickly as possible.

Don't worry about your gift card expiring, because it is valid indefinitely. Whether you plan to use it soon or later, you can be sure that your gift card will always retain its value. You have all the time to enjoy your favorite products or services without worrying about the validity of your gift card.

Use your Giftcard credit by entering the unique code on the payment page. This way you can easily redeem the credit. Do you not have enough credit on your Gift Card? No problem! You can easily pay the remaining amount with one of our other payment options.

It is very annoying to hear that you have been a victim of fraud. We understand that this can be a stressful and disturbing situation. To help you take the right steps, we recommend that you contact your bank immediately and file a police report. You will find more information about internet scams and how you can prevent them on the police website.

If you have become a victim of identity fraud, we also recommend that you report this to the Central Reporting Point for Identity Fraud and Errors (CMI). In addition, it is a good idea to visit the website Veiligbanken.nl for tips and advice on how to prevent misuse of your data.
