How to use this chrome:
Step 1: Good preparation is half the battle! Work smart by preparing the desired mix for your client in advance. This saves time during the treatment. Use the Mini Palette to prepare your mix beforehand.
Step 2: Mix a regular Base Coat with a CC-Chrome. Blend a small amount of CC-Chrome with your Base Coat. You only need a tiny bit to achieve the desired effect.
Tip: If you want to apply a different (chrome) pigment over the cat-eye layer, you can mix the CC-Chrome with the Chrome Top Coat. Make sure to cure a layer of base coat first for better adhesion under the cat-eye layer.
Step 3: Apply the mix to the nail. Use the Round 6 Brush to evenly distribute the mix on the nail.
Tip: Ensure you apply enough mix. This helps the CC-Chrome spread properly when using the magnet. For the best results, use a strong magnet, such as the XL Magnet.
Step 4: Create the cat-eye effect. Guide the chrome powder to the desired spot on the nail using a magnet. This shapes the cat-eye effect. Then, fully cure the layer under the lamp.
Step 5: Apply the top coat. Apply a layer of top coat to seal the chrome and cure it completely.
