What is BIAB ™?
Builder In A Bottle™, also known as BIAB™ or Cover Nude Builder, is a range of soak-off gel builders that are ideal for creating strong overlays and providing strengthening protection for natural nails.
It is a 100% gel system and is suitable for LED and UV curing. Use a lamp with a LOW HEAT mode for your BIAB treatments!
How To Use The GelBottle Builder In A Bottle ™ ?

Step 1: Preparing the nails
- Perform a manicure and clean the nail by degreasing it. Use 100% acetone or alcohol for this - unscented products - to optimize the adhesion of the Bond Base to the nail plate. Do not use 'prep-and-wipe' or 'scrub-fresh' products such as Ultra Fresh or Velvet Scrub.
Step 2: Base Coat
- Apply an even base coat of The GelBottle Hema-Free Bond Base to the natural nail, and cure in an LED/UV lamp with a low-heat function for 99 seconds.
Step 3: First layer of BIAB ™
- Apply a thin even layer of BIAB ™ and let it harden in an LED/UV lamp with a low-heat function for 99 seconds.
Step 4: Apply second coat of BIAB™
- Apply a second even coat of BIAB ™ and do not cure!
Step 5: Apply third coat of BIAB™
- Apply a small convexity with the BIAB™, do this through the Spread BIAB™ from side to side and drag away from the cuticle.
- Seal the free edge.
- Build and cure one nail at a time, turning the hand over, to help create the apex.

Allow the second layer of BIAB™ to cure for 90 seconds in The GelBottle LED lamp or in the low-heat function for 99 seconds.
Step 6: Refining BIAB™
- Refine the BIAB™ when necessary with a file, for example the 120/180 file from The GelBottle. Remove dust with a manicure dust brush.
Step 7: Apply Top Coat
- Remove the adhesive layer with isopropyl alcohol or acetone before applying the top coat. This prevents 'pits' in the top coat.
- For a classic nude finish, apply a thin layer of the HEMA-Free Glow Top .
- Let the top coat harden for 60 seconds.
- File the free edge with a file.
