How do you use this cat eye gel polish?
Step 1 - Preparing the nails
Start with a good base. First carry out a manicure and clean the nails thoroughly by dehydrating them. Make sure the nail plate is free of cuticle and dust, so the nails are ready for the next steps.
Step 2 - Applying base coat
Apply a thin layer of Valla Base Gel and seal the free edge. Cure the base coat under a LED lamp for 60 seconds.
Step 3 - Optional gel polish colour
If you wish, apply a gel polish colour and cure it fully.
Step 4 - Applying the cat eye colour
Apply a thin layer of the cat eye colour (do not cure).
Step 5 - Shaping the effect
Hold the cat eye magnet about 3-5 mm above the wet gel and move it slowly in the direction you want to shape the effect. Experiment with different angles and positions for unique designs.
Step 6 - Curing
Once you have the effect you want, cure the gel under the LED lamp for the recommended time.
Step 7 - Applying top coat
Apply a no wipe top coat, such as the Valla Non-Wipe Top Gel or the Valla Matte Top Gel, and seal the free edge. Cure for 60 seconds. After curing there is no need to wipe or cleanse.
Step 8 - Aftercare
Apply a nourishing cuticle oil for optimal care.
