How to use Colortone Pearl Pigment
Step 1: Prepare your manicure
Make sure your nail is clean and smooth as a base for gel application.
Step 2: Apply base coat
Apply a thin layer of base coat and fully cure. (Cure time depends on brand.)
Step 3: Apply base color
Apply a thin layer of gel color (tip: white gives the most intense pearl effect) and fully cure.
Step 4: Apply Chrome Topcoat
Apply a thin layer of Chrome Topcoat and cure completely.
Step 5: Rub in the pigment
Rub Colortone Pearl Pigment onto the nail using a glitter brush or applicator. Remove excess powder with a Chrome brush.
Step 6: Apply Chrome Seal
Apply a layer of Chrome Seal and cure fully to lock in the pigment.
Step 7: Finish with Chrome Topcoat
For maximum shine and long-lasting wear, apply a final layer of Chrome Topcoat and cure completely.
Pro tip: Use a white base color for an even more intense and clean pearl effect.
