How to use cat-eye gel polish?
Step 1: Prep your manicure so you have a clean, smooth base to start with.
Step 2: Apply a thin layer of base coat – like YOGO’s Zombie Base – and cure under a UV/LED lamp (usually around 60 seconds).
Step 3: Apply a layer of gel polish if needed and cure completely.
Step 4: Apply a thin layer of your cat-eye gel polish.
Step 5: Hold the cat-eye magnet about 3–5 mm above the wet gel. Move the magnet slowly in the desired direction to create your effect. Play around with angles and placement for custom designs.
Step 6: Once you're happy with the result, cure under the UV/LED lamp as recommended.
Step 7: Seal it in with a top coat – we love the YOGO Zombie Top – and cure again.
